Vacuum centrifugal air bubble removing machine
After filling, the bubbles are removed and fluorescent substance is settled and stabilized in high speed.
After filling the fluorescent substance mixed paste, the lead frame is placed in the vacuum centrifugal bubble removing machine.
The drum rotates and the fluorescent body quickly settles down by the centrifugal force.
The fluorescent substance can quickly and uniformly settle and the bubbles can be removed as compared with the natural settling by the conventional heating method.
Vacuum centrifugal mixing machine
The paste needs to be adequately mixed before filling.
The main rotating body of the vacuum centrifugal mixing machine has two small spinning bodies at both ends which spin in the opposite direction.
For this reason, the paste can be mixed uniformly.
