• The paste is constantly mixed by a spiral shaped mixing unit which is provided in the squeegee head. Because the mixing unit consists of clockwise and counter-clockwise rotating units, the paste is gathered to the center while being mixed.
  As a result, the material mixture ratio during filling is maintained to be the same, which helps in achieving stable quality.
• The spiral feature is also provided in the tank which supplies the paste to the squeegee head, which constantly mixes and supplies the paste while maintaining the mixture ratio of the material. This technology helps in realizing the high speed and high quality fluorescent mixed paste filling.

Vacuum centrifugal air bubble removing machine

After filling, the bubbles are removed and fluorescent substance is settled and stabilized in high speed.
After filling the fluorescent substance mixed paste, the lead frame is placed in the vacuum centrifugal bubble removing machine.
The drum rotates and the fluorescent body quickly settles down　by the centrifugal force.
The fluorescent substance can quickly and uniformly settle and the bubbles can be removed as compared with the natural settling by the conventional heating method.

Vacuum centrifugal mixing machine

The paste needs to be adequately mixed before filling.
The main rotating body of the vacuum centrifugal mixing machine has two small spinning bodies at both ends which spin in the opposite direction.
For this reason, the paste can be mixed uniformly.
