Vacuum cure oven

• This is an in-line type cure oven with vacuum function which releases air bubbles by heating and vacuum in under-fill process.
• Works on JEDEC tray are batch processed.
• A tray is transferred to the heating zone, and voids are eliminated by pre-heating and vacuuming.
• Special far infrared panels are placed above and underneath the works, and heating is accomplished without contacting the works.
• Vacuuming speed can be set in two different stages, and vacuum time and vent switching time can be freely set.
• Vacuum level of 10pa or less can be achieved.
• Clean room version is available, and the equipment complies with the SEMI specifications.
